Shipping Methods
We usually ship same day or within 24
business hours. All orders sent
within and outside the United States, including
Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, will
be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Federal Express,
or UPS at our discretion. If none of
these options are available your
package will be sent via Air
Mail.
A
tracking number will be emailed to
your provided email address when your
purchase is shipped. Please take the
time to double check your email inbox
for your tracking number before
requesting it from customer
support. Usually most packages
arrive within 5-7 days from date of
shipment.
There
are no custom duties for our products
in USA, Puerto Rico or Canada.
All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS
ground, unless specified by you.
For added convenience, we also offer UPS Next Day Delivery and UPS 2nd Day
Delivery unless the item is over 30 lbs (heavy weight items will be marked).
Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO / FPO addresses are
restricted and must be handled by the U.S. Post Office.
All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped
the next business day. Next Day
and 2nd Day delivery orders of in-stock merchandise received by 1:00 P.M.
EST
are shipped the same day. Please add your shipping charges based on your total
purchase amount.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately.
Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when
required. Prices are subject to change.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO / FPO addresses will be delivered by the
US Post Office.

Shipments to AK, HI and U.S. Territories will be delivered by USPS Priority
Mail.

Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount. We are unable to ship 2nd Day or Next Day Air items to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. box addresses.

To help determine your delivery method and ensure delivery of your packages
prior to the holiday, please refer to the grid below. Please allow one extra
week for shipment to APO / FPO addresses and shipments to AK,
